1. General

The online store cutify.gr is operated by Cutify (VAT: 159291160 · GEMI: 167806503000 · Thermopylon 39, Argyroupoli, Greece). By using this site you agree to these terms.

2. Products & pricing

All prices include 24% VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice. The price at the time of order completion applies.

Our products are made to order — no pre-made stock exists for personalised items.

3. Order process

An order is complete upon payment and receipt of a confirmation email. After confirmation, personalisation details (names, text) cannot be modified.

4. Payment methods

  • Card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex): Securely processed by Stripe. Charged immediately.
  • Bank transfer: Order is held for 5 business days. If payment is not received within this period, the order is cancelled.

5. Shipping & delivery

  • ELTA Courier: €3.50 · Free on orders over €60 · 2–4 business days
  • BoxNow Locker: €2.90 · Free on orders over €60 · 1–3 business days

Delivery time starts after payment confirmation. For personalised products, add 2–3 business days for production.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason.

⚠ Exception — Personalised products

Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. laser-engraved with a name, date, or message).

For non-personalised items: contact info@cutify.gr with your order number. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

7. Defective products

If you receive a defective product or incorrect personalisation (our error), contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@cutify.gr with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost.

8. Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
